Temple's UIL One-Act Play team won the Area Contest held at Midway Performing Arts Center on Saturday, April 6. That means only 24 schools remain in the state in the 6A classification contest. Temple advances to the Region Contest to be held at Waco University High on Saturday, April 13.
At the area contest, Sierra Amalbert and Seth Little were named to the All-Star Cast. Sereniti Patterson and Anthony Williamson were named to the Honorable Mention All-Star Cast, Michael Jones was named to the Area All-Star Crew.
