Temple Advances from District 27 Years in a Row

For the 27th year in a row, Temple's UIL One-Act Play team has advanced from the district contest. Temple will compete at the Bi-District Contest, March 22-23, at Longview High School, 201 E Tomlinson Pkwy 75605. Also advancing with Temple were Belton High (The Library) and Copperas Cove High (These Shining Lives).

Temple's Sierra Amalbert was named Best Actress in District 12-6A and Anthony Williamson was named Best Actor in the district. Kerryn Eckenrode was named to the All-Star Cast and Seth Little was named to the Honorable Mention All-Star Cast. Ricardo Fontanez was named an All-Star Crew member.

At bi-district, Temple will compete against Rockwall-Heath (Mariner), Rockwall High (August Osage County) and  Longview High (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest).
